EGIT Refunds Polices

You can request a refund for nearly any purchase on EGIT Company for any reason, Except Online training courses on Futuredriver© web-site. Maybe your PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought by mistake; maybe you Work with the Software title for an hour and just didn't like it.

It doesn't matter. Valve will, upon request via issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within fourteen days of purchase, and the title has been played for less than two hours. There are more details below, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund request is approved, you will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval. The refund amount will automatically be transferred to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Where Refunds Apply

The EGIT refund offer, within two weeks of purchase, applies to Hardware and software,It is never done returning products used for once, such as CDs, batteries and inks….etc.

Futuredriver© on-line Course, There is NO REFUNDS!

A FutureDriver© on-line course allows access to our learning content for specified period using User code. This Code is generated for the e-learning web-site to be used only by one single user.

Please before you pay for future driver on-line courses, start first by our online free trial training and/or contact our customer service.

Replacement on Pre-Purchased Titles

- Replacement and returning policy in EGIT website: the client can return the product within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that the product to be in its original status with no scratches or breaks and having all its components and the outer package. In addition, the original invoice must be available.

- In case of the occurrence of a manufacturing fault, it is conditioned the acceptance of the agent for getting the complete replacement.

- It is never done returning products used for once, such as CDs, batteries and inks….etc.

SVideo Content

We are unable to offer refunds for video content on Futuredriver© (e.g. movies, shorts, series, on-line classes, and tutorials), unless the video is in a bundle with other (non-video) refundable content.


Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing titles on EGIT Company,Futuredriver© online training web-site and Mobile applications not as a way to get free software. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you. We do not consider it abuse to request a refund on a title that was purchased just before a sale and then immediately rebuying that title for the sale price.

Please include “Refund Request” in the subject line and include all payment data (transaction no, order no, your name, payment amount, your email and mobile number used in payment process, and the reason for refund request) in the message.
